CG-5060 is an epoxy-based silane solution that forms strong covalent bonds with emulsions and inorganic substrates, resulting in a difficult-to-peel bond between the adhesive and substrate. It is highly reactive and has both high water solubility and stability. Used to enhance adhesion and bonding strength of common emulsions and substrates, including waterborne epoxy and polyurethane on inorganic materials like metal, glass, ceramics, and concrete. This technique can be used for water-based, solvent-based, high solid content, powder, and light-cured coatings and inks. It provides enhancements such as improved flow and leveling, anti-scratch properties, and reduced adhesion. |
